  3. Commit to working towards getting out of this relationship.
  4. Get to a safe place.
  5. Get support from friends and family.
  6. Get medical help.
  7. Make a safety plan.
  8. Consider getting a campus No Contact Order and/or a city Personal Protection Order.
  9. Get professional help: the Safe Office, University Counseling Center, University Police, and other Campus Resources are available to help you stay safe and navigate options.
